Finals : VoiceCoreDesign vs VoiceCoreTest
Toss : VoiceCoreTest won the toss and elected to field first.
From VCD, Lambu and Mukund went to open the innings. Mukund after hitting couple of boundaries returned to pavilion by giving away the wicket, thinking that it was a wide ball. Then PKu joined in with Lambu and they kept the run rate going at the rate of 10+. In the last over (8) Lambu got run out while trying to fetch the second run, after played a stroke. Then the team captain gave good parternship in running between the wickets in the last over. VCD reached 84 runs in the planned 8 overs.
Then the VCT started batting and they lost their first wicket on the Lambu's over. That previous the batsman was lucky enough, that it went to Roshan but he tried his best to get the catch but in vain. Then, their actual players came in Peri and Mani and they played a good innings and used the full tosses bowled by our bowlers properly and made the ball fly over in the air. The penultimate over bowled by Lambu has turned up the match. The last over was bowled by Pku. He took the wicket of Mani in that. Then they required 6 runs in 1 ball. Pku bowled one wide (2 runs and 1 ball awarded). Last ball bowled by PKu. Good field at the deep by Kishor & Ajesh and gave them only 2 runs. Finally VCD won by 1 run.

திருப்பதி - ஒரு அவதி

Netru (14-Apr), tamil puthaandacheynu seri padathuku pohalaamnu oruthaan koopitaan. There only, the fate played for my friend satheesh too... I had called him up and asked to come for the movie and we didnt know that we wud go for a movie like this..... Along with my PSG frenz over here we started for the movie ...and we had Tirupathi, Alagai irukiradhu Bayama Irukiradhu, Thirutu payaley movies in mind to watch. Since yesterday was the first day we thought we will go to Hosur (Tamilnadu) and left early at around 7pm from Bangalore, Karnataka (by bikes). Anga poi nalla tamilnadu saapadu kotikitu, theaturuku ponom appodhaan oruthan thirupathiye pohalaamnu sonnan. While going to the theatre, some function was going on the road (Tamil valrachi mandram) and so we took a turn and somehow reached the theatre on time. We were standing in the queue for the tickets. Still the first evening show was going on inside the theatre. Outside the thtre, some huge crowd gathered for the tickets around 25 ppl on the first day. Outside the Ajith Fans were discussing like.."this movie wud be turning point for Ajith" but poor people they dont know that it is "Perarasu Film". After the evening show, people came out of thtr. Half of the ppl with happy and smiling faces (for coming out of the theatre after the movie getting over) and the rest perplexed because of the movie.(peyaranchavan maadhiri). Still we had confidence and took the tickets and seated in the Balcony (too much for this movie). Straight a way they started the movie...the print was awesome (similar to "Vanmadhi" movie for Ajith). But there ajith was smart maybe. In between one of my friends had a feeling of watching "Sunrise - Top 10" playing in Sun TV. Director Arasu copied the songs and played in between for some scenes sorry...most of the scenes. "Avaraala evlo aruka mudiyumo avlo aruthutaan"...sadha introvey ulaga kevalam...the concept with which she is getting introduced.
Statuory Warning : Those who are the fans of Sadha please dont watch this movie!! You will commit suicide. For some one hour the movie moved like a cycle...but the songs came in between skipped like a jet.... Ajith introva vida...Director introdhaan nalla Kevalamaa irundhadhu. I guess some third person in the film industry may be the rival for Ajith had fixed the film "Film Fixing" similar to Match fixing with the director. Thats why the director had put all his efforts to make the movie how worst it cud be. Seri, naanum nambi ajithku thiruppu munai varumnu ninachu kittey padam paartha...interval dhaan vandhadhu....solla marandhutaen..Paadhi per padam mudinchidhuchu intervalleye poitaanga.... Director copied the "Effects", "Dialogues", "Styles", "Movements", ... everything from his earlier movies like Sivakasi, Thiru.... . . . "Siva Siva Sivakasi"...in line with that "Thiru Thiru Thirupathi"...Ajith idhula vera "Naan. Irangi poravan illa. Yeri poravannu" solli...orey adiya vilundhutaar. On the day of Tamil new year we had to see this kinda movie. Some started sleeping and everyone is able to guess the next step in the movie. My friend had headache after seeing that...sorry..while seeing that. We should have taken amrutanjan, Zandu balm.. Caring advice : Please carry Pain relief balms with you to see this movie. Sadha padathula yen irukiraana theriyala. Padam kadasiyala actual villain enna aanaanum theiryala. Indha maadhiri pala Puiryadha Suspense Kaatchikaludan mudiyum padam "Thirupathi - Oru avadhi".

Truths of Life
Here are some one liners which are true in most of the cases.
"Expectation is the root cause for all disappointments"
"Dont lose years in a second"
"Never care for anything - Unless otherwise it's worth caring for it"
"Dont be possesive over anything - Nothing is permanent"

Team outing
Date 21, Dec. In our team we had gone for the team building event outside to Swarnamukhi falls. Its about 30kms from Bangalore. After a longtime, Sakthi has to woke up at 6.00am...which he has never seen for the past 6 months @ Bangalore. Then he started from home at around 7.15am and reached the boarding point with his friends. He took the bus along with his team mates and reached the falls finally. Bit hungry too...what to do...the guide asked for a trek to get into the place where they had breakfast....After that comes the Hill Climbing...
Everyone got tied up in a single long rope...and climbed up the hill to the water source..We had some rest and were waiting for the next event Waterfall rappelling..Yeah, at this moment we had Frooty...the water fall is steeper and is somewhat vertical....full slippery..
If you lose grip either in the hand(rope) or leg(hill), you are lost. There is always some amount of risk, but a calculated risk. First one of my team member had started and ofcourse, he fell down for around 4 times in the due way. Then this guy sakthi, went for the risky but adventurous rappeling...
Then everyone reached the lower level... Our Project Manager lost her Bracelet while coming thru this... In the name of searching that, sakthi and his friends were taking bath in the waterfall...it was such a nice experience... Then we had lunch ..really a big lunch...and moved for the next event ...anchor tug river crossing....wherein they have tied the rope to the tree on the other side of the water and the other end, given to the team members....when the person is in between, middle of the water...they will just relax the rope to make him/her dipped in the water....here comes the end of our team building event and we returned back to Bangalore after having tea at Dhaaba on the way...
