Truths of Life

Here are some one liners which are true in most of the cases.

"Expectation is the root cause for all disappointments"

"Dont lose years in a second"

"Never care for anything - Unless otherwise it's worth caring for it"

"Dont be possesive over anything - Nothing is permanent"

Team outing

Date 21, Dec. In our team we had gone for the team building event outside to Swarnamukhi falls. Its about 30kms from Bangalore. After a longtime, Sakthi has to woke up at 6.00am...which he has never seen for the past 6 months @ Bangalore. Then he started from home at around 7.15am and reached the boarding point with his friends. He took the bus along with his team mates and reached the falls finally. Bit hungry too...what to do...the guide asked for a trek to get into the place where they had breakfast....After that comes the Hill Climbing... Everyone got tied up in a single long rope...and climbed up the hill to the water source..We had some rest and were waiting for the next event Waterfall rappelling..Yeah, at this moment we had Frooty...the water fall is steeper and is somewhat vertical....full slippery..

If you lose grip either in the hand(rope) or leg(hill), you are lost. There is always some amount of risk, but a calculated risk. First one of my team member had started and ofcourse, he fell down for around 4 times in the due way. Then this guy sakthi, went for the risky but adventurous rappeling... Then everyone reached the lower level... Our Project Manager lost her Bracelet while coming thru this... In the name of searching that, sakthi and his friends were taking bath in the waterfall...it was such a nice experience... Then we had lunch ..really a big lunch...and moved for the next event ...anchor tug river crossing....wherein they have tied the rope to the tree on the other side of the water and the other end, given to the team members....when the person is in between, middle of the water...they will just relax the rope to make him/her dipped in the water....here comes the end of our team building event and we returned back to Bangalore after having tea at Dhaaba on the way...
